In keeping with our family heritage of farming, we proudly grow fresh vegetables in the Fagan Garden. These vegetables not only end up on your plate at the Biscuit Barn, but they also help us teach our children the importance of growing and eating fresh food. It’s amazing to see the joy on their faces when they eat a vegetable that they worked hard to grow from a tiny seed. We also can and preserve our vegetables for year-round enjoyment.
